Welcome to Lekka. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lekka platform and related services. By creating an account, starting a free trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Lekka is owned and operated by Trakem Solutions LLC, based in Kirkland, Washington, United States.
In these Terms, "Lekka", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Trakem Solutions LLC and the Lekka platform it operates.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Lekka service.
1. Description of Service
Lekka is a software platform that allows users to track business expenses, income, subscriptions, and financial activities using text or voice commands.
Lekka may provide summaries, categorization, and export tools to help users manage financial records.
Lekka is provided as a software service and is not a bookkeeping, accounting, or tax preparation service.
Users remain responsible for the accuracy of their financial records and for complying with applicable tax or accounting regulations.
2. Account Registration
To use Lekka, you must create an account and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for:
• maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• ensuring your payment information is valid
• all activity that occurs under your account
Lekka may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
3. Free Trial
Lekka may offer a 7-day free trial to new users.
A valid payment method is required to begin the free trial.
If the subscription is not canceled before the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and the applicable subscription fee will be charged.
4. Subscription and Billing
Lekka is offered as a recurring subscription service billed monthly.
By subscribing, you authorize Lekka to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until the subscription is canceled.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the user.
5. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time by visiting:

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
6. Pricing and Discounts
Lekka may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, or introductory offers.
Promotional pricing is subject to the following conditions:
• Discounted pricing may be revoked if a payment fails
• Discounted pricing may be revoked if the subscription is canceled and later restarted
• Discounted pricing may apply only to the initial subscription period or promotional window
If a user cancels their subscription or has a failed payment and later re-subscribes, the original promotional price may no longer apply.
7. Pricing Changes
Lekka reserves the right to modify subscription pricing.
If pricing changes occur, existing subscribers will receive at least 60 days notice before the new pricing takes effect.
Continued use of the service after the effective date of the pricing change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
8. Payments and Failed Charges
If a payment cannot be processed, Lekka may:
• retry the charge
• temporarily suspend access to the service
• cancel the subscription
Accounts with unresolved billing issues may lose access to the platform until payment is successfully processed.
9. Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable.
Once a billing cycle begins, the payment for that billing period will not be refunded, regardless of whether the user continues to use the service.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
10. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
• misuse the platform
• attempt to disrupt the service
• reverse engineer the platform
• use Lekka for unlawful activities
• attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
Lekka reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
11. Service Availability
While Lekka aims to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:
• maintenance
• updates
• technical issues
• infrastructure failures
Lekka is not liable for any losses caused by temporary service interruptions.
12. Limitation of Liability
Lekka is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Lekka shall not be liable for:
• financial losses
• business interruptions
• data inaccuracies
• lost profits
• indirect or consequential damages
Use of the service is at the user's own risk.
13. Intellectual Property
All software, design, features, and content related to Lekka are the property of Trakem Solutions LLC.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without written permission.
14. Termination
Lekka may suspend or terminate access at any time if:
• these Terms are violated
• the service is misused
• payment obligations are not fulfilled
Users may stop using the service at any time by canceling their subscription.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from the use of Lekka will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Washington State.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If material changes are made, users will be notified through the platform or via email.
Continued use of Lekka after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
